As a table partner, you host your clients and contacts at a special evening for the finance community. You combine personal connections with meaningful visibility before, during and after the event.
Your package includes a table for 10 people, access to the full evening programme, a carefully prepared three-course dinner and networking opportunities with all guests.
We also help you invite your guests and highlight your involvement through our publications, digital channels and communication on the evening itself.

Host your clients and contacts at a table for ten. This rate applies when your table includes at least seven guests from the target audience and no more than three representatives of your own organisation.

The package combines participation in the award process with a guest table and the agreed content and visibility before, during and after the event. The jury assesses every entry independently. Your table partnership
Your organisation receives a partner profile featuring your logo, a short description of your expertise, contact details and a link to your website or a relevant page of your choice.
Your profile is online from receipt of the signed order form until three weeks after the event.
Your banner joins the partner rotation on our platform’s homepage from two months before the event until the event day. You supply the material according to our technical specifications; we arrange placement.
Afterwards, you receive the available impression and click figures.
Our editorial team creates a joint preview article in which table partners share their views on a central question about the future of finance. For example: what do you consider the characteristics of an exceptional finance team? Which change will have the greatest impact on the finance function over the next three years?
Your contribution is included with your name, role and organisation. The article appears on our platform and is promoted through CFO Ezine and our social media.

You receive a professionally designed digital invitation with your logo and the event logo, ready-to-use invitation copy and your own registration code or link. You choose whether guests register with you or through our registration page. If you use our registration page, we send you a weekly overview of confirmations for your table. If you manage registrations yourself, we require your final guest list no later than xxx.
You receive an announcement banner and accompanying text to share your table partnership on your website, social media or newsletter. This shows your organisation’s commitment to the development of finance and the recognition of strong teams and achievements.
Your table displays your organisation’s name and logo. Together with your guests, you enjoy the evening programme and a carefully prepared three-course dinner. We agree practical arrangements with you in advance, including the guest list and any dietary requirements.
During the reception, you have your own welcome point with a standing table and space for your roll-up banner. This provides a recognisable meeting point for your guests and gives your organisation visibility in the event’s networking area. You bring your own roll-up banner and may dress the table within the agreed guidelines.

We thank the table partners collectively during the evening. Your logo appears at the designated on-screen moments, and your organisation is listed in the digital programme.
Our photographer takes a carefully composed group photograph of you and your table guests. You receive it digitally after the event for use in your personal follow-up and communication about the evening.
You can tell us in advance which contacts or organisations you would like to meet. Where possible and with mutual agreement, we help you make relevant connections.
Within a few working days, you receive a ready-to-use thank-you email and a professionally designed PDF containing:

You receive a selection of professional event photographs, including your table photograph. You may use the supplied material in your own communication about your participation, in accordance with the accompanying usage terms.
We publish an event report on our digital platform and in CFO Magazine, highlighting the key insights, award-winning achievements and encounters.
Your organisation receives logo visibility as a table partner in this coverage.
You receive a concise overview with links to publications, delivered mentions and available reach figures. This also helps you demonstrate internally the additional visibility your table partnership has generated.
